Working together to prevent homelessness among care experienced young people

A continued focus on the safety and wellbeing of Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) staff working in the community has led to the launch of a practical new resource, designed to give colleagues greater confidence while carrying out their roles.

Briefings, Bulletins and Newsletters

The HSCP’s Partnership Matters briefing highlights some of the work that’s happening across the HSCP with partners. It currently includes updates and announcements, the HSCP’s COVID-19 briefing, news items and upcoming meetings / events. From time-to-time, the HSCP also publishes bulletins and newsletters on specific services or topics. Partnership Matters Briefing - Summer Edition 2026

Our Summer Edition 2026 features a range of inspiring community achievements and celebrations across health and social care services.

  • Parkhead Hub continues to strengthen its role at the heart of the community, bringing people and organisations together through its second successful network event.
  • Project SEARCH interns celebrated their graduation, marking significant personal growth, increased independence, and successful steps into employment opportunities.
  • Volunteers’ Week at Gartnavel Royal Hospital recognised and thanked volunteers for their invaluable contributions and the positive impact they have on patients, staff, and services.
  • The Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) hosted community events to raise awareness of dementia, promote understanding, and encourage support for people living with the condition and their families.
  • A special celebration was held for Margaret at Riverside, who reached the remarkable milestone of 107 years old, highlighting a life filled with memories and achievements.
