Out of Hours Emergency Homelessness Team based at Hamish Allan Centre
We are about to pilot a new way of working for the Out of Hours Homelessness Service. The new way of working will be a multi-disciplinary Hub model.
What is the aim of the pilot?
We want to provide a more integrated approach to working with homelessness service user. A multi-disciplinary Hub will help us engage more fully with service users.
What is changing?
As part of the pilot, the Out of Hours Emergency Homelessness Service will no longer be available from the Hamish Allan Centre as follows:
- From Tuesday 24 October, the service will no longer be available on a Tuesday and Wednesday night
During November we will review how the pilot is working and update service users, staff and partners accordingly.
How will people get a service?
On the nights the service is not available from the Hamish Allan Centre, we will have staff based in Glasgow City Mission, 20 Crimea Street, Glasgow, G2 8PW.

The service user will be contacted and their needs assessed.
