The purpose of this report is to inform the IJB Finance and Audit Committee of the work carried out by the Risk Management Policy and Registers Working Group and to make recommendations accordingly.
Item No.16 - Scottish Living Wage
To update the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on the conclusion of provider responses to the offer made to increase National Care Home Contract Rates; to the offer made to 101 providers of a 3.1% uplift backdated to 1 st April 2016; and, the offer of providers of care home places for under 65s to uprate their rates to National Care Home Contract Rates.
Item No 9 - NHS in Scotland 2017 - Audit Scotland
The purpose of this report is to advise of the key findings of the Audit Scotland report ‘NHS in Scotland 2017,’ and the areas with updates where there is relevance to the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) and Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB).
Item No 11 - Glasgow City IJB Budget Monitoring for Month 6 / Period 7 2017/18
This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 30 September 2017 (Health) and 29 September 2017 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.
Item No 12 - Attendance Management
To advise IJB Finance and Audit Committee of Quarter 2 2017/18 absence levels across Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership and highlight priorities within Attendance Management Action Plans.
EQIA - Review of West Glasgow Minor Injuries Services
The Minor Injuries Service in West Glasgow was closed on a temporary basis in December 2006. A consultation on options for the service is underway.
GCHSCP Participation and Engagement Strategy
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) will take an Inclusive approach to participation and engagement, and promote opportunities for individuals and groups from all walks of life to engage with the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board and Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.
Item no.17 - Temporary Homelessness Accommodation Charges
To inform Glasgow Integration Joint Board of the charges set for homelessness temporary accommodation for 2017/18.
Carers Eligibility Criteria
The Consultation Period for the Carers Eligibility Criteria is now finished. Following the consultation, a report was prepared and submitted, along with the proposed Eligibility Criteria, to the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on 24 January 2018. The report and Eligibility Criteria were approved at this meeting.
