Plans for a new £67 million health and care hub for the North East of Glasgow have moved a step closer after councillors approved plans.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) Community Support Service for older people with dementia has operated in the North East of Glasgow for 25 years.

Celebrations took place on the afternoon of Saturday, 31 July to mark the opening of the Claypits Glasgow Inner City Reserve at Hamiltonhill in the north of the city.  Local residents, community groups and politicians turned up for a fun-filled day.
