NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Annual Review 2016-17

This event is for Boards to be held accountable for their performance in delivering key Local Delivery Plan Standards throughout 2016/17. There will also be a focus on the progress the Board has and continues to make in delivering the Scottish Government's National 2020 Vision through progress towards delivering the three Quality Ambitions of Person Centred, Safe and Effective Healthcare, alongside a range of other commitments.

The event will start with Shona Robison MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, briefly setting the scene before handing over to John Brown, Chairman, who will deliver a brief presentation highlighting major achievements and challenges during 2016-17.   The final hour of the event will be given over to questions from the audience.

Please note that, due to limited capacity at the venue, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  Confirmation containing full directions to the venue will be sent to all those who register.

The Review will be held on Monday 2 October 2017 at 2.00pm in the Lecture Theatre at the Teaching and Learning Centre, on the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Campus (tea and coffee will be served from 1.15 pm).
