What do you know about Dementia Friends Scotland?

Glasgow City HSCP Dementia Strategy Group wants to find out the level of awareness about Dementia Friends Scotland within Glasgow. If you are a community group or network, a third sector organisation, a public agency, a care provider, a charity or other service that works in the voluntary or public sector then we would like to hear from you.

This very short survey will take no more than a few minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and any results reported will be presented in a way to maintain anonymity.
