Parkhead Hub Update – December 2024
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) new Parkhead Hub building was completed in November, and the process of getting the building ready for staff and the public is well underway.
The Hub is due to open to the public towards the end of January 2025, with all services expected to be operating from the Hub by February 2025.

A Community Link Worker (CLW) who supports people with issues affecting their wellbeing has told of the vital help being delivered over the winter period.
Sharon Irvine is a CLW with the Health and Social Care Alliance (Alliance) who are commissioned by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). Sharon has been based at Castlemilk Health Centre for two years.

The aim of this anonymous survey is to gather a range of service user and carer views on the Social Work Services Social Care Charging Policy for Non-Residential Chargeable Services, which governs charges for our Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership services other than residential care. The survey results will inform an Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) being written in relation to the Charging Policy.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care partnership (HSCP) runs five residential care homes, providing 24-hour assistance to people who are no longer able to live independently at home. Our HSCP also runs day care services and care at home services. Our caring staff work hard to make sure residents and service users enjoy the festive season.
