Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) Strategic Plan Update
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is currently planning for the review of our current Strategic Plan with a view to developing a new plan that will cover the period 2023 – 26. We’re taking a different approach to reviewing our current plan and developing a new one this time around, with much more emphasis on co-production with the support of our partners in the third and independent sectors.

SDCF - Service user information
Safer drug consumption facilities (SDCFs) are supervised healthcare settings where you can consume your own drugs, obtained elsewhere, under the supervision of trained health and social care professionals, in clean, hygienic and safe environments reducing the risk of overdose.
You will receive a compassionate service which focuses on reducing the harms associated with injecting drug use and will be given the opportunity, if desired, to access other support services.

Making it Happen: helping people with complex mental health needs live well in the community
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has taken a bold step to tackle a long-standing challenge — supporting people with severe and enduring mental ill health to move out of hospital and into the community.
The ‘Making It Happen’ project was created to help individuals who have spent many years in hospital, often due to failed attempts at community placements, to finally find a place they could call home.
Another Successful Year Delivering Project Search
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership through the Supported Employment Service are a key partner in developing and delivering Project Search in Glasgow, an intensive work experience programme for young people with learning disabilities and / or an autistic spectrum condition. The goal of Project Search is to support all participants into full time paid employment and this is the fifth year the programme has been delivered in Glasgow.
