To provide an update to the IJB Public Engagement Committee of efforts to increase young carer engagement following the report presented on 13th November 2024.

Item No 08 - Update on Progress of Engagement for the Locality Plans 2025-26

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB Public Engagement Committee on progress on the development of Locality Plans for 2025-26, confirm the status of Locality Plans for 2024-25, and to update on ongoing community engagement activity.

Glasgow care home residents celebrate 80th Anniversary of VE Day

Staff at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP)’s Hawthorn House Care Home in Possilpark, which has 120 residents, organised events throughout the week including two street themed parties. This allowed people to come together to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day on Thursday 8 May 2025.

Residents at Victoria Garden’s Care Home in Knightswood also celebrated the anniversary with a morning tea and an afternoon sing song. There were also garden or street parties in all services with entertainment organised wherever possible.

To present to the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee an update regarding the progress made to ensuring compliance with the new Global Internal Audit Standards in the UK Public Sector (GIAS).

Item No 09 - Outturn Report 2024-25

To provide a high-level overview of the Integration Joint Board’s draft outturn position for 2024/25, and to seek approval for the transfer of funds to reserves to allow completion of the Integration Joint Board’s accounts by the statutory deadline of 30 September 2025.
