City-wide Locality Engagement Session - 1 September 2022
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) acknowledges that that it can be confusing for the public, key partners and other agencies to know the range of services we provide and how to access them.
To help people get the right help at the right time, the HSCP have worked on setting up a new Single Point of Access.
Members of the public, staff, and agencies will be able to contact a new multi-disciplinary team to obtain further information, request help or get a service.
Item No.9 - Audit Scotland Report into HSCI
To summarise the December 2015 and March 2016 reports produced by Audit Scotland into Health and Social Care Integration in Scotland and present a draft action plan in response to the report’s recommendations for further scrutiny.
