The purpose of the report is to provide the Integration Joint Board (IJB) with information about the inclusion of IJB’s as Category 1 Responders in terms of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and an outline of the requirements that this involves.
Level 10 Exercises - to help when sitting for long periods
Exercises to help staff who are sitting for long periods and may feel stiffness in their muscles and joints when moving again. The exercises are chair based, and make no sound and can be done in five minutes.
