From 6 to 12 June, we celebrated Carers Week. Local Carers Centres in Glasgow City raised awareness and organised activities for people who provide everyday unpaid support to friends, family and neighbours who can’t manage otherwise.

Notice is hereby given under Regulation 9 of the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014 that copies of the unaudited accounts of GLASGOW CITY IJB for the period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 will be available for public inspection between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, from Friday 1st July 2022 to Friday 22 July 2022, both days inclusive.

Hundreds of Ukrainian Refugees in Glasgow Supported by NHS and Council Teams

Teams from both NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Glasgow City Council are helping hundreds of newly arrived Ukrainians who have fled the war in their homeland. While some refugees have been hosted in private homes, around 300 are being housed in hotel accommodation, and are being provided support by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) teams to help them settle into the city.
