Quarterly Performance Reports

In line with the Partnership’s performance management arrangements, performance reports are produced on a quarterly basis. These reports are then scrutinised by citywide and locality management teams. The Integration Joint Board’s Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee also receives a quarterly performance report and, at each meeting, they focus on specific service areas with service leads. Item No 7 - Glasgow City IJB - Temporary Governance Arrangements

To update the IJB on the current working context in relation to the Covid 19 pandemic; to review the temporary governance arrangements adopted by the IJB in March 2020 in relation to Covid 19; to propose continued temporary governance arrangements, and to advise the Integration Joint Board of decisions taken under the temporary governance arrangements of the IJB to date.

Item No 9 - Outturn Report 2019/20

To provide a high level overview of the Integration Joint Board’s draft outturn position for 2019/20, and to seek approval for the transfer of funds to reserves to allow completion of the Integration Joint Board’s accounts by the statutory deadline of 30 September 2020.

Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) is currently seeking representatives from the public to sit on the IJB.

If you have an interest in health and social care services and are keen to get involved with the IJB then one of these roles may be ideal for you.

Item No 12 - Glasgow City HSCP Recovery Strategy

The purpose of this report is to outline the recovery approach being taken by Glasgow City HSCP in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and present the Recovery Strategy underpinning activity to re-start health and social care services in the City.

Item No 14 - Glasgow City IJB - Directions Annual Report 2020

To provide a summary of the Directions issued by Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) to Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in the period June 2019 to May 2020.

ITEM No 08 - Glasgow City IJB Updated Internal Audit Plan 2020-21

To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee the updated 2020/21 Internal Audit Plan for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.

Item No 8 - Annual Governance Statement 2019/20

To present to the Integration Joint Board the Annual Governance Statement for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board for 2019/20.
