The media and public have a right to attend meetings to observe the proceedings, but may not participate in the meeting unless invited to do so by the Chair.
The IJB may exclude the media and public where publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or other reason as determined by the IJB in relation to specific items.
Details of the issues to be discussed will be available on the following website, two weeks prior to the meeting.
