New Woodside Health and Care Centre to be fully operational from Monday 1 July 2019
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) is pleased to advise that the new Woodside Health and Care Centre will be fully operational from Monday 1 July 2019.

Planning Begins for New North East Health and Social Care Hub
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership has completed a selection process for the site of the new North East Health and Social Care Hub. The process identified the Parkhead Hospital/Mental Health Resource Centre/Parkhead Health Centre as the preferred location.
Another Successful Year Delivering Project Search
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership through the Supported Employment Service are a key partner in developing and delivering Project Search in Glasgow, an intensive work experience programme for young people with learning disabilities and / or an autistic spectrum condition.

Partnership Staff Teams get First and Second Place in SASW Social Work Team of the Year Award 2018
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership Staff received two Awards in the Scottish Association of Social Work (SASW) Awards for Best Practice in 2017.

Supporting Parents and their Teenagers
Glasgow Central Parenting Team has joined forces with the Partnership's North West Health Improvement Team's Youth Health Service (YHS) to offer a triage of support to young people and their parents/carers in the North West of Glasgow.

Scottish Creative Award for Fostering Campaign
The Partnership’s Families for Children Team was recently awarded the Best Online Campaign at the Scottish Creative Awards for their recent #opentofostering campaign. It was also Highly Commended in the Creative Strategy category - Integrated Strategy.
