Glasgow City HSCP (GCHSCP) North West Locality Engagement Forum (LEF) members, service users and representatives of the wider community met at Partick Burgh Hall on the 26 February 2019, to discuss the draft GCHSCP North West Locality Plan 2019/2020.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership recently invited stakeholders to a series of events in November, December and January, looking at plans for services for Children, Adults, Older People, Primary Care and Housing.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership through the Supported Employment Service are a key partner in developing and delivering Project Search in Glasgow, an intensive work experience programme for young people with learning disabilities and / or an autistic spectrum condition.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership Staff received two Awards in the Scottish Association of Social Work (SASW) Awards for Best Practice in 2017. 

Glasgow Central Parenting Team has joined forces with the Partnership's North West Health Improvement Team's Youth Health Service (YHS) to offer a triage of support to young people and their parents/carers in the North West of Glasgow.

Following the initial pilot of relocating the Out of Hours Emergency Homelessness Service, we are now extending the relocation period.

The Partnership’s Families for Children Team was recently awarded the Best Online Campaign at the Scottish Creative Awards for their recent #opentofostering campaign. It was also Highly Commended in the Creative Strategy category - Integrated Strategy.
