Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s Health Improvement Teams have recently released their 2018 / 19 Annual Report.

The Partnership’s Local Area Coordination Team has been promoting Chatter ‘n’ Natter as part of the wider campaign to end loneliness across Glasgow.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership Staff in conjunction with Glasgow University, joined Councillor Susan Aitken, Leader of Glasgow City Council on World Suicide Prevention Day, Tuesday 10 September 2019, to highlight Suicide Prevention work in Glasgow.

Pollok Civic Realm have been awarded the bronze level LGBT Charter Mark from LGBT Youth Scotland.

An educational film for school children that addresses the impact of domestic abuse on children, was launched in June to teachers, pupils and the Minister for Early Years and Childcare, Maree Todd MSP.

Crail Medical Practice won the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Alliance Awards ‘Team of the Year’ Category for improving the health of heart patients.
