Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership through the Supported Employment Service are a key partner in developing and delivering Project Search in Glasgow, an intensive work experience programme for young people with learning disabilities and / or an autistic spectrum condition.

Following the initial pilot of relocating the Out of Hours Emergency Homelessness Service, we are now extending the relocation period.

Partnership staff Rachel Bruce, lead pharmacist, and Chrissie Stuart, a practice nurse, won the Chairman’s Improving Health Category Gold Award for the More than Medicine project based at Crail GP practice, North East Locality.
