Following the initial pilot of relocating the Out of Hours Emergency Homelessness Service, we are now extending the relocation period.

Partnership staff Rachel Bruce, lead pharmacist, and Chrissie Stuart, a practice nurse, won the Chairman’s Improving Health Category Gold Award for the More than Medicine project based at Crail GP practice, North East Locality.

The Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s Community Respiratory Team has been selected as a finalist at the 2017 Scottish Health Awards in association with the Scottish Government and Daily Record.
