The Glasgow City Integration Joint Board’s Strategic Plan and Locality Plans cover health and social care services across Glasgow City. Each of the three local areas (North East, North West and South) that make up Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) develop their own Locality Plan with partners including patients, service users, carers and the third and independent sectors. 

The Locality Plans show how the Strategic Plan is being implemented locally and are updated each year to reflect feedback from stakeholders; ensuring services reflect local priorities, needs and community issues.

Feedback on the Locality Plans is welcome. If you would like someone to deliver a presentation or host a discussion with staff, patients and service users or other stakeholders on the Locality Plans please get in touch.  Comments, suggestions and feedback can also be made in writing, by email or in person by phone using the contact details below.  The deadline for feedback is Friday, 6 December 2019.
