Social Work Services

Social work offices will close at 4.45pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and re-open at 8.45am on Friday 3 January 2020 with the following exceptions:

On Friday 27 December 2019 and Monday 30 December 2019 these offices open between 8.45am and 3.55pm on the Friday and 8:45am to 4.45pm on the Monday. On Tuesday 31 December 2019 these offices open between 8.45am and 12 noon.

If you do not currently have a social worker and need support or information from Social Work Services then you can contact Social Care Direct on 0141 287 0555 during the office hours listed above. If you need to contact social work outside office hours then an emergency social work service is available from Glasgow and Partners Emergency Social Work Service on 0300 343 1505.

An out-of-hours homelessness service will be available during the festive period and can be contacted on 0800 838 502.
