Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is committed to involving the people that use or are affected by our services in the planning and delivery of those services. The HSCP encourages participation and engagement with a range of stakeholders from across the City to make sure the services that are provided by or on behalf of the HSCP meet the needs of the communities the HSCP serve. We have a variety of different routes to encourage and enable participation and engagement in planning and delivering our services.
Our approach to involvement is outlined in our Participation & Engagement Strategy. The Strategy describes the principles of our engagement approach and how we plan to engage at different levels. We’re currently reviewing our strategy and are keen for you to share your views by completing a short survey to help us make sure our approach to participation and engagement is robust, accessible and inclusive.
Our survey is open to anyone who is supported by our services, who works with us (staff and partner organisations) or who is interested in them. The survey can be accessed by clicking on the following web link: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/YG3QP/.
It should take around 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and it’ll be open until Friday 21 February 2020.
If you have any questions or need a printed copy or alternative format of the survey, then please contact Glasgow City HSCP’s Business Development Team by email, GCHSCP_Communications@glasgow.gov.uk.
