To advise the IJB of the Scottish Recommended Allowances for kinship and fostering services agreed by COSLA and the Scottish Government and to seek agreement to implement the payment of the proposed allowances backdated to 1st April 2023.

To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee the 2024/25 Internal Audit plan for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.

To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee an update on the implementation of previously agreed recommendations.

The purpose of this report is to highlight to the IJB the Annual Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) report which was published on 27th October 2023.
