To provide members of the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with an overview of the approach to ensuring compliance with the new Global Internal Audit Standards in the UK Public Sector (GIAS) during 2025/26. 

To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 3 of 2024/25 for noting.

To advise Glasgow City Integration Joint Board of the proposed uplift to social care providers within Glasgow Purchased Services and Direct Payments with effect from 7th April 2025.

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the increase to the National Care Home Contract (NCHC) fee rates for 2025/26 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services.
