To update the IJB on the approach and work to date in development of the Board-wide Older People’s Mental Health (OPMH) and Adult Mental Health (AMH) strategy.  Similar reports are being considered by the other five IJBs in GG&C.

The Integration Joint Board is asked to consider whether IJB meetings should be made accessible to the public via Microsoft Teams until physical meetings are able to be resumed and are open to the public.

This report outlines the Medium Term Financial Outlook for the Integration Joint Board (IJB) and has been prepared to support financial planning and delivery of the IJB’s Strategic Plan.

To advise the IJB of the plan for the new investment for children and young people with respect to their mental health.
To seek IJB approval for the plan for the Scottish Government’s additional mental health support funding and endorse the proposed investment in services outlined.

The purpose of the report is to update the Integration Joint Board on progress with the implementation of Glasgow City HSCP Homelessness Services Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan (RRTP).

To seek approval of the IJB to submit to Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) a new complaints procedure for approval by that body.
