Item No 8 - Alcohol and Drug Partnership Investment Plan Update
To advise the Integration Joint Board (IJB) on the Alcohol and Drug Partnership development plans for investment, including the 2020/21 third year allocation of Scottish Government Local Improvement Fund (LIF) for alcohol and drug services and the new Drug Death Task Force (DDTF) funding.

Item No 18 - Reframing and Renewal of the Glasgow City HSCP Maximising Independence Programme
To update the members of the IJB on the reframing and renewal work underway to support the delivery of the Maximising Independence Programme and seek their endorsement of the key requirements identified to support continued progress and momentum.
Item No 17 - Primary Care Improvement Plan Interim Report September 2020
The purpose of this report is:
- To update the IJB on the progress made to implement Glasgow’s PCIP.
- To describe some of the additional, wider work that has taken place in primary care in response to the COVID 19 pandemic.
