The purpose of this report is to provide an annual summary to the Integration Joint Board on the risk management activity and risk registers maintained within the Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership during 2021/22.

To provide a summary of the Directions issued by Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) to Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in the period June 2021 to May 2022.

The purpose of this report is to update the Integration Joint Board on the outcome of the desktop review of the IJB’s Record Management Plan carried out in May 2022.

To note a number of changes to the membership of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board and seek approval of appointments to IJB Committees.
