Programme for March to May 2021.

To seek approval of the IJB to submit to Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) a new complaints procedure for approval by that body.

To advise the Board of the requirements of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 and of its implications for Board members.

To update the Integration Joint Board on the additional Scottish Government grant award received by justice social work to support COVID-19 recovery work. 
To seek approval for the proposed spend as detailed in the report.
