The purpose of this report is to report the key findings from the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s baseline communications survey, and to seek approval of additional actions to be incorporated into the Partnership’s Communications Strategy’s action plan.

To inform IJB Public Engagement Committee on the report of the Youth Engagement Policy Commission.

To provide report on progress with establishing the Local Engagement Forums.

To advise Committee of the ongoing review of the service level agreement between the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and Glasgow City Council’s Democratic Services, with regards to support for community development and engagement activity across the city.

To provide an update to the IJB Public Engagement Committee on work being undertaken to measure the impact of the Older People’s Transformational Change Programme on people using, and caring for those using, HSCP services.

To present IJB Public Engagement Committee with the results of the interim evaluation to assess the impact of the transformation programme on children and young people.
