The purpose of this report is to provide an annual summary to the Integration Joint Board on the risk management activity and risk registers maintained within the Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership during 2025-26.

To provide a high-level overview of the Integration Joint Board’s draft outturn position for 2025-26.

To seek approval of Glasgow City’s Integrated Children’s Services Plan 2026-2029.

To present and seek approval of the Full (Appendix 1) and Summary (Appendix 2) Annual Performance Reports for the Health and Social Care Partnership for the year 2025-26.

This report seeks approval for targeted investment to strengthen Glasgow’s fostering capacity.
