To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with an overview of the key Human Resources (HR) metrics relating to Attendance Management in Quarter 4 (January to March 2024) as well as performance, notable key issues and the implications for Glasgow City HSCP.

The Strategy largely focuses on communications and activity to communicate with large audiences, both internal and external to the Partnership. Coupled with this, the Strategy also places importance on engagement in communications activity.

The purpose of this report is to confirm the appointment of the Chief Officer to the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB).
