To seek approval of appointment to GCIJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee and note a number of updates in relation to the membership of Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.

To advise the IJB of the Scottish Recommended Allowances for kinship and fostering services agreed by COSLA and the Scottish Government and to seek agreement to implement the payment of the proposed allowances backdated to 1st April 2023.

The purpose of this report is to highlight to the IJB the Annual Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) report which was published on 27th October 2023.
