To present the draft IJB Strategic Plan and seek approval to proceed to the consultation stage.

The purpose of this report is to update the Integration Joint Board on the outcome of the desktop review of the IJB’s Record Management Plan carried out in May 2022.

To provide a summary of the Directions issued by Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) to Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in the period June 2021 to May 2022.

The Strategy largely focuses on communications and activity to communicate with large audiences, both internal and external to the Partnership. Coupled with this, the Strategy also places importance on engagement in communications activity.
