To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 3 of 2024/25 for noting.

To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with an overview of the main Health & Safety challenges faced in 2024, performance and notable key issues, and the implications for the HSCP. 

To note the approval from the Chair of the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee, on the grounds or urgency, to proceed with a recruitment process to the role of Chief Officer, Finance & Resources, Glasgow City HSCP.

To advise Glasgow City Integration Joint Board of the proposed uplift to social care providers within Glasgow Purchased Services and Direct Payments with effect from 7th April 2025.

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the increase to the National Care Home Contract (NCHC) fee rates for 2025/26 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services.

To update the IJB on the approach to reviewing the Strategic Plan for Glasgow City IJB and seek approval for extending the current Strategic Plan 2023-26 for a further 24 months.

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB Public Engagement Committee on progress on the development of Locality Plans for 2025-26, confirm the status of Locality Plans for 2024-25, and to update on ongoing community engagement activity.
