To provide an update on several changes to the membership of the Glasgow City IJB. The report also requests approval of appointments to IJB Committees and notes the remaining vacancies.

This paper proposes a revision to the existing Hospital at Home (H@H) service in Glasgow City and includes the delivery of Glasgow City Call Before You Convey (CBYC), given the alignment of purpose around admission avoidance and synergies in respect of professional and clinical skill sets.

To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with a quarterly clinical and professional assurance statement for the period 1st April 2024 – 30th June 2024.
