To present to the IJB the Unaudited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024.

To advise the Integration Joint Board (IJB) of the Glasgow City Alcohol and Drug Partnership (GCADP) Annual Reporting Survey submission to the Scottish Government 2023/24.

To provide an update on several changes to the membership of the Glasgow City IJB. The report also requests approval of appointments to IJB Committees and notes the remaining vacancies.

This paper proposes a revision to the existing Hospital at Home (H@H) service in Glasgow City and includes the delivery of Glasgow City Call Before You Convey (CBYC), given the alignment of purpose around admission avoidance and synergies in respect of professional and clinical skill sets.
