To provide an update to the Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee in relation to the delivery of Residential Children’s Services in the City.

The purpose of this report is to present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee the findings from the Mental Welfare Commission Local Visits to mental health inpatient wards in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, published during the period 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021.

To advise the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee of the latest absence levels across Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.

The purpose of this report is to provide an update to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee on the status of the risk registers being maintained within the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.

To present to the IJB Finance and Audit Committee an Assurance Map

To advise Glasgow IJB of the new managerial and governance arrangements for Specialist Children’s Services.

To update members on developments in the Governance of the Unscheduled Care agenda and Scottish Government’s high impact change areas for Winter 2022/23.

To report on the Glasgow Local Child Poverty Action Report (LCPAR) published in line with the Child Poverty (Scotland) Act and the GCHSCP contribution to this.

1. To highlight the national review and refocus of School Nursing (SN) roles and services across Scotland;
2. Report on the development and implementation of this model across Glasgow City; and
