The purpose of this report is to seek approval from the Board for our primary care improvement plan for April 2021 onwards (PCIP 3).

To advise the Integration Joint Board (IJB) on the Alcohol and Drug Partnership development plans for investment, following the allocation of Additional funding to reduce drug deaths 2020-21, and to seek approval for the additional planned activity to reduce drug deaths.

To update the IJB on the approach and work to date in development of the Board-wide Older People’s Mental Health (OPMH) and Adult Mental Health (AMH) strategy.  Similar reports are being considered by the other five IJBs in GG&C.

The Integration Joint Board is asked to consider whether IJB meetings should be made accessible to the public via Microsoft Teams until physical meetings are able to be resumed and are open to the public.

This report outlines the Medium Term Financial Outlook for the Integration Joint Board (IJB) and has been prepared to support financial planning and delivery of the IJB’s Strategic Plan.

To advise the IJB of the plan for the new investment for children and young people with respect to their mental health.
To seek IJB approval for the plan for the Scottish Government’s additional mental health support funding and endorse the proposed investment in services outlined.
