To advise on the outcome of the annual audit of the Community Alarm & Telecare service Glasgow City HSCP in respect of TSA’s (formerly Telecare Services Association) common standards modules and their service delivery modules.

To provide the Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee an overview of Care Inspectorate activity in relation to directly provided Residential Children’s Services in the city and update the committee on developments in the past year.

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the direction of GCHSCP’s technology enabled care (TEC) strategy particularly in relation to the introduction of digital telecare.

This report provides a further update on the purchased older people care home sector within Glasgow City. This includes the key aspects influencing sustainability of the sector and an overview of the current model and contributing factors in respect of capacity across the city.

To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with an overview of the main Health & Safety challenges faced in 2023, performance and notable key issues, and the implications for the HSCP.

To advise the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee of the activity of the HSCP Commissioning Team in respect of service reviews for the period 1 April 2022 to 31 December 2022.

To report on the Glasgow Local Child Poverty Action Report (LCPAR) published in line with the Child Poverty (Scotland) Act and the GCHSCP contribution to this.

To provide an update on a number of appointments/re-appointments to the membership of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board and seek approval of appointments to IJB Committees.
