The purpose of this report is to inform the IJB Public Engagement Committee on the findings of the evaluation of consultation activity undertaken during the development of the Strategic Plan 2019-2022.

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB Public Engagement Committee on the review of Participation and Engagement structures across Glasgow City HSCP and to develop a revised Participation and Engagement Action Plan.

To propose a schedule of meetings for the IJB Public Engagement Committee in 2020 to be held in each of the city’s localities, to outline potential agenda items for future meetings, and to ask Committee to discuss and consider the format and further agenda items for meetings in 2020.

To provide an update on the channels used by the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership to communicate with stakeholders and communications development work being progressed.

To seek approval of an action plan to support implementation of the Integration Joint Board’s Participation and Engagement Strategy, and high level structural arrangements for engagement with localities, the Health and Social Care Partnership and the Integration Joint Board.

To provide an initial overview of some of the engagement activity being carried out in the three localities across the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.

To outline the Terms of Reference for the IJB-Public Engagement Committee and the role of the Chair.

To provide committee with an update on the ongoing consultation on the draft Participation and Engagement Strategy for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.
