To provide a high level overview of the Integration Joint Board’s draft outturn position for 2016/17, and to seek approval for the transfer of funds to reserves to allow completion of the Integration Joint Board’s accounts by the statutory deadline of 30 September 2017.

In line with the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014, the Integration Joint Board must consider the audited annual accounts and approve them for signature no later than the 30 September immediately following the financial year end

To update Members on the completion of the audit of the Annual Accounts 2015-16.
