Glasgow City HSCP Community Link Worker Programme Annual Report 2020/2021

Welcome to the 20/21 annual report for the Community Link Worker Programme in Glasgow. This report focuses on the work carried out by Community Link Workers (CLWs) who are funded as part of Glasgow City's Primary Care Improvement Plan.

Item No 13 - Risk Management Quarterly Update

The purpose of this report is to provide an update to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee on the status of the risk registers being maintained within the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.
This report covers the review carried out in April 2021 in respect of changes to risk in the quarter ending March 2021.
