Item No 10 - Glasgow City IJB Grants Policy
The purpose of this report is to seek approval for an IJB
Grants Policy. This policy will apply to all grant funding
which is awarded by functions delegated to Glasgow City
Integration Joint Board (IJB) and delivered by the Health
and Social Care Partnership. It will apply to both Council
and Health Board functions which fall within this definition.
Item No 13 - Health Beyond the Pandemic within Glasgow
To launch the findings of the 2023 Adult Health and Well-being Survey for Glasgow City and briefly describe some of the wider changes in health status since the pandemic to inform considerations of the public health priorities for the IJB and HSCP services.
Item No 19 - Clinical and Professional Quarterly Assurance Statement
To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with a quarterly clinical and professional assurance statement for the period 1st October 2023 – 31st December 2023.
Item No 11 - Market Facilitation Plan
To advise the IJB of the development of Glasgow’s first Market Facilitation Plan (MFP). To approve the publication of the document (Appendix 1).
Item No 15 - Care at Home and Housing Support Service – Care Inspectorate Activity
To advise of the outcome of the inspection of care services provided by Glasgow City HSCP, which was undertaken by the Care Inspectorate in June 2023 for the 6 registered services, covering Housing Support Services and Care at Home Services. (Housing Support is defined as an integrated package of care which can include budgeting, housework and shopping tasks.)
Item No 14 - Older Peoples Residential and Day Care Services - Care Inspectorate Activity
To advise Committee of the outcome of the inspections of Wallacewell Day Care Service and Hawthorn House Care Home, provided by Glasgow City HSCP, which were undertaken by the Care Inspectorate in July 2023, and August and November 2023 respectively.
Item No 07 - Glasgow City IJB Draft Annual Internal Audit Plan 2024-25
To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee the 2024/25 Internal Audit plan for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.
Item No 12 - IJB Property Strategy 2023-2026 - Update
To provide an update on the progress of the IJB Property Strategy 2023 – 2026.
