We also look at the work being done to train staff who work with people with dementia, the success of providing Money Advice Services in our health centres and a new campaign to help reduce numbers of young people smoking.

EQIA - Review of West Glasgow Minor Injuries Services

The Minor Injuries Service in West Glasgow was closed on a temporary basis in December 2006. A consultation on options for the service is underway.

Carers Eligibility Criteria

The Consultation Period for the Carers Eligibility Criteria is now finished. Following the consultation, a report was prepared and submitted, along with the proposed Eligibility Criteria, to the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on 24 January 2018.  The report and Eligibility Criteria were approved at this meeting.

EQIA - Review of West Glasgow Minor Injuries Service

Minor Injuries is a service where patients are seen by highly experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioners who can assess and treat minor injuries such as cuts, minor burns, sprains, strains, broken bones and fractures.
