New five-year Nursing and Midwifery strategy
‘Leading the Way’ is the new Nursing and Midwifery Strategy for all our nurses and midwives across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC), which includes our Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), over the next 5 years.
Launched in May 2025, the strategy is supported by a transformative approach to listening, known as the ‘Big Conversation’, and underpinned by close collaboration of nurses, midwives, and healthcare support workers.
