Anticipatory Care Plan (ACP) Programme Celebrates Third Birthday
The Anticipatory Care Plan (ACP) Programme celebrated its third birthday in April 2023. Over the past three years, the ACP Programme Team, hosted by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has been working with staff and the public across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) to raise awareness of the importance of thinking and planning for the future.

The NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) Excellence Awards. These Awards are for individual members of staff, teams or projects that have identified ways to deliver improvements that benefit patients and service uses, colleagues or NHSGGC. There are eight categories of Awards which were presented at the Celebrating Success Awards event on 23 February 2022.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) nursing staff were honoured at the first Royal College of Nursing in Scotland (RCN) Nurse of the Year Awards held on 21 June.

The United Nations Climate Change Conference – COP26 – will soon arrive in Glasgow, taking place from Sunday, 31 October to Friday, 12 November. Our HSCP’s Maximising Independence approach with partners aims to deliver the largest change in health and social care in Glasgow in a generation. That’s a huge move. It’s complex and complicated, and it’s especially challenging to tackle such a major change during a global health pandemic.
