Glasgow City Primary Care Improvement Plan (PCIP2) - May 2019
In 2017/18 agreement was reached by the Scottish Government and Profession on the new GP contract. The Primary Care Implementation Plans (PCIPs) are intended to explain how this will happen in each HSCP area over a three year period from April 2018. This is the May 2019 version of the Plan.
Item No 11 - Funding for the Primary Care Improvement Plan 2022-23
The purpose of this report is to:
- Advise the IJB on the content of the Scottish Government’s funding allocation letter for PCIP for 2022/23 and the subsequent arrangements that we have agreed with the Scottish Government, to ensure that we have sufficient funding to deliver our programme this financial year.
- Seek IJB approval for the PCIP programme for 2022/23 based on projected funding of £25.536m.

Item No 7 - Primary Care Improvement Plan PCIP2 - Progress in 2018-19 and Plans for 2019-20
The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the progress made during 2018/19 to implement Glasgow’s PCIP 1 and to seek approval for our plan for 2019/20 (PCIP 2) to be submitted to the Scottish Government (Appendix 1).
