Item No 07 - Review of GCHSCP Carer Strategy 2022-25 Consultation
This report is a summary of the consultation and engagement process carried out across the city involving unpaid carers, HSCP staff, third sector organisations and the public.
Item No 12 - Glasgow City HSCP Carer Strategy 2022-2025
To request approval of the draft Glasgow City HSCP Carer Strategy 2022-2025 and note the intention to launch the Strategy in June 2022 during Carers Week (6th -12th June 2022).
Item No 11 - HSCP Performance Report Q3 2018/19
To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 3 of 2018/19. This Q3 report was first considered at the Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee on the 6 March 2019, when a presentation was made by the Strategic Lead for Older People, Unscheduled Care and Carers in relation to their performance.
Item No 10 - HSCP Performance Report Q3 2023-24
To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 3 of 2023/24 for noting. The Finance Audit and Scrutiny Committee is also being asked to consider the exceptions highlighted in the report and review and discuss performance with the Strategic Leads for Older People & Carers and Unscheduled Care.
Item No 11 - Implementation of Carer (Scotland) Act 2016
The purpose of this paper is to set out the intentions of the Carer Act, describes current service delivery model and a range of proposals and recommendations for the Integration Joint Board for Carer Act expenditure for 2018/19 to support the implementation of the Act and the delivery of services to carers through the established Glasgow Carer Partnership.

Item No. 9 - Treatment Foster Care Service Review and Employment Tribunal Judgement
To advise the IJB on the comprehensive review of Treatment Foster Care (TFC) undertaken by Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership regarding the financial cost of the service and the impact on outcomes for young people.
Also to advise the IJB on the implications of the judgement by the Employment Tribunal relating to foster carers (the claimants) with the Treatment Foster Care Service.
Item No 6 - Resource Allocation for Adults Eligible for Social Care Support: Updated Policy Framework
To report on the output of stakeholder engagement undertaken in respect of the interim policy framework on resource allocation for adults eligible for social care support, as noted by the IJB in June 2018.
To share the content of the published Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA) and the associated action plan.
Item No 9 - Policy Development: Transition from Overnight ‘Sleepover’ Support to Alternative Support Arrangements
To set out a clear and transparent policy direction for the transition from overnight sleepover support to alternative support arrangements that will inform service users (including their legal proxies), carers and service providers and guide the approach to be undertaken by social work practitioners.
