The purpose of this report is to highlight to the IJB the Annual Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) report which was published on 27th October 2023.

• Justice Social Work developments; and
• Community Justice Glasgow developments.

Item No 15 - Winter Planning 2023-24

To update the Integration Joint Board on the winter planning arrangements for 2023/24.

Item No 16 - GCHSCP Workforce Plan 2022-2025 - Action Plan Update

The Glasgow City HSCP Workforce Plan (2022-2025) was approved in November 2022. To complement the plan a Workforce Plan Action Plan was developed with actions spanning the period of the plan. This report focuses upon the actions identified for year 1 (to December 2023) and provides an update on progress.

Item No 07 - Internal Audit - Update Report

To present to the Glasgow City IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee details of the Internal Audit work undertaken at Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde that may have an impact upon the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.

Item No 08 - HSCP Performance Report Q2 2023-24

To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 2 of 2023/24 for noting. The Finance Audit and Scrutiny Committee is also being asked to consider the exceptions highlighted in the report and review and discuss performance with the Strategic Lead for Adult Services.
