Item No 7 - Mental Health Strategy and Implementation (November 2018)

The purpose of the report is to advise the Integration Joint Board on the development and implementation of the Mental Health Strategy across the City.

To seek approval from the Integration Joint Board for the use of the new Mental Health monies across the City.

Item No 16 - Homelessness Services Update: Progress on City Centre Hub and Response to Scottish Housing Regulator Inspection

This report updates the Integration Joint Board on the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) Report and the draft Action Plan submitted to the SHR in response to their report (Appendix A). The Report also updates on the development and establishment of a multi agency Hub within the City.

Item No.20 - Quality Clinical and Professional Assurance Statement

To provide the Integration Joint Board with a quarterly clinical and professional assurance statement.

Item No 8 - Tender for a Specialist Care Home Service to Support People with Learning Disabilities Requiring Complex Care

To inform the IJB of the intention to proceed with an open tender for a 15 person specialist care home for adults with learning disabilities requiring complex care.

Item No 9 - Changes to Frail Elderly Continuing Care: Implementation of the Scottish Government Guidance on Hospital Based Complex Care

The purpose of this report is to update the Integration Joint Board on the work which has been led by HSCP’s across Greater Glasgow and Clyde to implement the Scottish Government Guidance on Hospital Based Complex Care.

Item No 17 - Sheltered Housing Provision Changes - Impact on Capital Costs for Housing Associations

The purpose of this report is to inform the Integration Joint Board (IJB) on the capital cost impacts arising from the changes in housing support services provided to sheltered housing services agreed by IJB in March 2017. These changes followed on from initial housing support funding reductions in 2015.
